A wonderful house in Sayeda Zeinab next to Ibn Tulun Mosque in Islamic style, from the few beautiful remainders of the Islamic era. It is noted for being one of the best-preserved examples of 17th-century domestic architecture left in Cairo, and also for Gayer-Anderson's vast collection of furniture, carpets, curio, and other objects. It is best to learn the history of the house form the tour guide or from the people at the museum themselves which they will tell you the beginning of the establishment of the house or the rumors that came up on it. There are guideance signs in the whole house explaining everything around. The house is generally full of treasures and artifacts that you have never seen in your life. The museum is basically two buildings, the time difference between their establishment is a century linked to each other by an arch. First thing you see when you enter the museum is the big ground area which has the enchanted well right in the middle of it. Why is it enchanted? you can ask that when you're there!
Enjoy sightseeing of the museum and taking pictures.
